I have decided to write a mini series on depression, anxiety and mania. It shall be short stories of my real life experiences as a manic depressive aka bipolar along with things I have learnt from the various situations. I am writing in the hope that they may help someone else to feel less alone in their mental health struggle, help others to feel more empowered to accept their disabilities and strengthen their weaknesses, to learn how, when, and who to ask for help if and when they need it as well as how to help themselves during depression, anxiety and or mania.
The subtitle shall be “Talking back to the voice”
